A significant update has emerged from the Supreme Court regarding Meghalaya’s high-profile ‘Honeymoon Murder’ case. Sonam Raghuvanshi, the prime accused, has filed a counter-affidavit in the Supreme Court, maintaining that she is completely innocent. Appealing to the court, Sonam stated that she has been falsely implicated in the matter as part of a conspiracy. According to the affidavit, she asserts that there is no direct evidence against her and that the entire case has been constructed solely on the basis of ‘circumstantial evidence’.
