Bombay High Court mei ek PIL file hui hai, jisme Ladies dead bodies ke kaapde Male sweeper , helper Karamchari Na change kare aise maang ki gayi hai
Digital Autopsy ki bhi maang ki gayi hai Digital Autopsy mei body ko cut karne ki zarurat nahi hoti.
Expert Panel banane ki maang ki gayi jo Guidelines frame kare Post mortem procedure ki , Female doctors ki Vacant Post bhare ki maang etc.

Article21 of Indian Constitution mei iska provision hai. Iske liye maine PIL file ki hai " said Advocate Adil Khatri ( Gen Sec, Jai Ho Foundation)
