Lalu Prasad Yadav, Rabri Devi, Tejashwi Yadav aur 6 anya accused ke khilaf Delhi ki Special Court ne IRCTC Hotels se jude money laundering case mein PMLA ke tahat charges frame karne ka direction diya hai.

ED ke mutabik, investigation CBI ki FIR ke basis par shuru hui thi. Aarop hai ki Lalu Prasad Yadav ke Railway Minister rehne ke dauran Puri aur Ranchi ke Railway Hotels ke operation ka contract Sujata Hotels Private Limited ko diya gaya aur iske badle do land plots ko alleged taur par actual value se kam rate par Delight Marketing Company Private Limited ko transfer kiya gaya.

ED ka aarop hai ki baad mein company aur land ka control shares purchase ke through nominal price par Rabri Devi aur Tejashwi Yadav ko transfer hua.

ED ke mutabik, investigation ke dauran ₹44.75 crore ki properties attach ki gayi hain, jise Adjudicating Authority ne confirm kiya.

Special Court ne Lalu Prasad Yadav, Rabri Devi, Tejashwi Prasad Yadav aur case se jude 6 anya accused ke khilaf PMLA Section 3 read with Section 4 ke tahat charges frame karne ka direction diya hai
