Mumbai: Duty Par Tainat Mahila Police Officer Se Bad-Sulooki Padi Mehengi, Driver Ko 6 Mahine Ki Jail

Govandi Mein Duty Par Tainat Mahila Police Officer Se Bad-Sulooki ke mamle mai Driver Ko Court Ne Sunayi 6 mahine ki Saza aur fine

Mumbai ki Additional Sessions Court ne Govandi Police Station ke 2018 ke case mein driver Saroj Duryodhan C. ko doshi thehraya hai.

Police ke mutabik, 21 August 2018 ko traffic duty par tainat mahila police officer ke saath accused ne obscene gestures aur abusive language ka istemal kiya tha.

Govandi Police ne IPC Sections 353, 354(A) aur 509 ke tahat case darj kiya tha.

Court ne har section mein 6-6 mahine ki jail aur ₹500-₹500 fine lagaya hai. Fine nahi bharne par ek mahine ki additional jail hogi.

Case ki investigation API Priyanka Patil ne ki. Government Prosecutor Jyoti Sawant aur Pairavi Officer PSI Ajay Yadav ne court mein case pesh kiya.
