Iss Notebandi ke sarkar ke faisle ke khilaf Supreme Court me alag laag lagbhag 58 PIL file ki gayi hain ab tak sirf 3 PIL par Supreme court me sunwai horahai thi lekin ab sabhi 58 PIL ko merge karke sunwai horahai hai 

Petitioner ka kehna hai ke under section 26 RBI Act ke tehat sarkar ko kisi bhi mulya ke currency notes ke chalan ko bandh karne ka adhikar nahi hai toh phir Rs 500 aur Rs 100 ki notes kaise bandh kar sakte 

Wednesday 12 October ko iss mamle par sunwai karte hue Supreme court ke 5 judges ki bench Justices SA Nazeer, BR Gavai, AS Bopanna, V Ramasubramanian, aur BV Nagarathna ne Sarkar ko aur RBI ko Affidavit submit karke batane kaha hai ke kiss qanoon ke mutabiq yeh notebandi ki gayi thi 

Iss case ki agli sunwai 9 November ko hogi
