“Protest to continue until Gyanesh resigns,” says Rahul; BJP demands cancellation of ‘mega-rally,’ citing a pending court case.

Rahul Gandhi, Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, is preparing for a major protest against the Chief Election Commissioner—a stance he has reiterated. During a public hearing held on Tuesday in Delhi’s Trilokpuri area, Rahul Gandhi listened to grievances from the public regarding the electoral process. On this occasion, he stated, “Until Gyanesh Kumar resigns, the entire opposition will remain united and raise its voice against this injustice. The opposition’s protest will continue until Gyanesh Kumar steps down or the Prime Minister removes him from the post of Chief Election Commissioner.” The BJP has reacted sharply to these allegations, asserting that all of Rahul Gandhi’s plans have failed and that he has forgotten the principles of democracy.
