Latur, Maharashtra: A major fire incident has occurred near the Gorakshan Shala in Latur city, Maharashtra, where a massive blaze suddenly broke out, engulfing a large warehouse (measuring approximately 100×100 feet) and five to six adjoining shops. Due to the presence of highly flammable materials—such as hardware, Fevicol, oil, and paint—inside the warehouse, the fire intensified rapidly within minutes, reducing goods worth crores of rupees to ashes. Upon receiving the alert, multiple fire tenders from Latur and surrounding areas rushed to the scene and managed to bring the fire under control after hours of strenuous effort.
