Security cordon from Red Fort to Daryaganj; posters of 19 terrorists put up in Delhi
The national capital is on high alert ahead of August 15. In view of terror threats, the Delhi Police have displayed posters of 19 “most wanted” terrorists at key locations, markets, and public areas across the city. These posters feature photographs and details of suspects linked to the Indian Mujahideen, Al-Qaeda, and various Khalistani terrorist organizations. Meanwhile, security arrangements have been tightened in the area stretching from the Red Fort to Daryaganj and Jama Masjid. Additional police forces have been deployed, and round-the-clock surveillance is being maintained across every nook and corner. The Delhi Police have appealed to the public to immediately report any suspicious person or object by calling 112.
