Several rivers in UP remain in spate; situation worsens in Barabanki’s Hetmapur village!

Several rivers in UP are still overflowing. The hardships faced by residents in Varanasi, Prayagraj, Raebareli, and Barabanki have not abated. While the water level of the Ganges has receded in Varanasi and Prayagraj, the Ghaghara River is causing alarm in Barabanki. In Hetmapur village of Ramnagar Tehsil, the threat of riverbank erosion shows no signs of subsiding.
