Bombay HC Ne BMC Ko Kanjurmarg Mein Illegal Stall Wapas Lagne Par Phatkaar Lagayi

Bombay High Court ne BMC ko Kanjurmarg East mein ek illegal stall ke re-erection par sakht phatkaar lagayi, jo 2019 mein demolish kiya gaya tha.

Justices Girish Kulkarni aur Arif Doctor ki bench ne Municipal Commissioner ko ward officer, assistant commissioner, aur field officers ke khilaaf departmental inquiries shuru karne ka order diya, jinhone is stall ko 6 saal tak chalne diya.

Court ne kaha, “Yeh astonishing hai ki is illegal structure ko electricity connection bhi mila,” aur BMC ke inaction ko “tacit approval” bataya.
