Student protests over the JPSC-JSSC controversy intensify in Jharkhand; demonstrators demand a CBI probe and action.

Due to the student agitation, the Jaipal Singh Munda Stadium in the capital, Ranchi, has effectively become the ‘Jantar Mantar’ of the region. The ongoing protest against irregularities in the JPSC and JSSC examinations is gaining momentum. Along with a CBI inquiry, the protesting students are demanding the resignation of Chief Minister Hemant Soren. Notably, during the protest, students paid tribute to ‘Guruji’ Shibu Soren by placing his photograph at the protest site on his first death anniversary.
