Turmoil within the SP organization in Gonda; party workers reach Lucknow to protest against the District President

Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Dissatisfaction among party workers regarding the Samajwadi Party’s organization in Gonda has come out into the open. Raising a banner of revolt against the District President, workers arrived at the SP office in Lucknow and staged a protest with placards in front of the SP chief’s convoy. Levelling serious allegations against the District President—including corruption, orchestrating the closure of a madrasa, and collusion with the BJP—the workers demanded his removal and the dissolution of the organization, calling for it to be reconstituted from scratch.
