UPDATE HC PIL against Gaurakshaks for Bakra Eid
Eid ul Azha (Bakra Eid) me Gaurakhshako par Preventive Action ke liye activist Shadaab Patel ne dayar ki thi PIL.
2 din pehle Navi Mumbai may ek aur incident huva, Court ko wo bhi bataya gaya.
21 Aug ko Bombay High Court ne State govt aur Maharashtra Police se Safety Measures ke liye Report talab kiya tha.
Aaj Confidential Report file hone ke baad HC ne matter Dispose kiya.
State ki taraf se Public Procecutor ne Court ko bharosa dilaya.
As per the Circular of Maharashtra DGP and Police Confidential Report, all Police Station in the state have been directed to take all Preventives Measures so that no untoward incident takes place during Eid ul Azha & Ganesh Utsav.
Petitioner was representated by his advocates Asif Naqvi, Shehzad Naqvi, Yakub Shaikh and Arif Siddiqui.
