Yamin Khan has been providing free acupressure services to Kanwariyas in Nuh for 27 years.
The holy month of Sawan is showcasing the unique spirit of the Kanwar Yatra, alongside heartwarming scenes of Hindu-Muslim brotherhood. In Nuh, Haryana, a Muslim man named Yamin Khan has been serving Kanwariyas for the past 27 years; he uses his acupressure skills to relieve their fatigue and alleviate pain in their feet, knees, and shoulders. Notably, Yamin provides this service entirely free of charge and without any discrimination. At the Kanwar service camp set up in Nuh’s grain market, Yamin tends to Kanwariyas returning with holy water from the Ganges, helping to relieve their exhaustion and physical pain.
