Farmers and laborers in Neem-Ka-Thana express outrage; memorandum submitted to the President demanding loan waivers and a legal guarantee for MSP.

In Neem-Ka-Thana, Rajasthan, farmers, laborers, youth, and women organized a protest rally against government policies, responding to the nationwide call given by the Samyukt Kisan Morcha. The protesters reached the Additional District Magistrate (ADM) office and staged a sit-in protest upon finding the official absent. Later, a delegation submitted a memorandum when Additional District Collector Bhagirath Sakh arrived. The protesters raised demands such as a complete loan waiver, a legal guarantee for Minimum Support Price (MSP), improved irrigation and drinking water facilities, the restoration of Neem-Ka-Thana district and Sikar division, a halt to land acquisition, and a ban on illegal toll collection and mining. As part of the ‘Jail Bharo’ (fill the jails) movement, the protesters courted arrest and warned that the agitation would be intensified if their demands were not met.
