“You cannot intimidate or threaten us…” said Rahul, even as his petition failed to get listed in the Supreme Court…

On Monday, Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, marched to the Supreme Court alongside leaders of the INDIA bloc. Subsequently, he arrived at the Supreme Court with his legal team and filed a petition. Following the day’s events, Rahul Gandhi released a video late in the evening thanking those who had participated in the march. He stated that the people of India would not be cowed by fear; he challenged the authorities to attack, threaten, or attempt to intimidate them, asserting that they would not back down and would not tolerate such strong-arm tactics. He also expressed his gratitude to the leaders of the INDIA alliance, as well as to all Congress party workers and cadres from the alliance partners. However, a significant update is that Rahul Gandhi’s petition has not been listed by the Supreme Court; this means that the hearing on the petition filed by Rahul Gandhi and ten other opposition leaders will not take place on Tuesday.
