Jiske baad uski property ka process of attachment hoga.
Under Section 83 of the Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC) has been initiated.
NIA ne November 18 2016 ko Zakir Naik par IPC & Activities Unlawful Prevention act ke Tahet Criminal case Filed Kiya tha
Proclaimed Offender – A person against whom arrest warrant has been issued can be declared a 'proclaimed offender' if the court has reasons to believe that he/she is absconding or is in hiding, blocking execution of the warrant.
