A surge of Kanwariyas from Meerut to Haridwar: Witness an ocean of devotion

Ahead of Mahashivratri, a massive influx of Kanwariyas has been witnessed across several regions, including Delhi, Meerut, Haridwar, Bhadohi, and Uttarakhand. Devotees of Lord Shiva are marching towards their destinations with *Kanwars* on their shoulders, the Tricolour in their hands, and chants of “Bam-Bam Bhole” on their lips. While some were seen carrying grand *Kanwars* depicting Lord Shiva’s family, others were spotted riding motorcycles. In Haridwar, amidst the throngs of devotees gathering to collect holy water from the Ganges, police personnel were seen managing security and traffic arrangements.
