On the birth anniversary of Janeshwar Mishra, Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav stated that the ‘P’ in PDA stands for ‘Pandit’. Following this, the BJP accused him of engaging in vote-bank politics. Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya targeted Akhilesh, even going so far as to call him a “chameleon.” What, then, is the political strategy behind this new definition of PDA?
