Andheri ke devoloper Builder ko BMC Ka Stop Work Notice, Air Pollution Guidelines Ki Violation Ka Mamla

Mumbai ke Andheri West, Oshiwara mein Apna Ghar Complex ke paas chal rahe D.G.S Land Developer (India) Pvt. Ltd. ke construction project ko BMC ke K/West Ward ne 19 October 2026 ko Stop Work Notice issue kiya hai.

BMC ke mutabik, construction site par Air Pollution Control Guidelines ki violations paayi gayi hain.

Site par dust control system, construction debris ko cover karne, green cloth aur vehicle tyre washing facility jaise zaroori arrangements mein kamiyaan paayi gayi hain.

BMC ne Section 354A ke tehat construction work turant band karne ka order diya hai.

Notice mein warning di gayi hai ki kaam band nahi kiya gaya toh kanooni karwai hogi. Saath hi police ko construction work karne wale logon ko site se hatane ke directions diye ja rahe hain.
