33 Percent Mahila Reservation ke antargat Loksabha, Rajyasabha Vidhansabha me total seats me se 33 percent hoti hain, iss tarah yeh rule Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes ki reservation of seats ke liye bhi lagoo hota hai

Iss ke sath hi mahila reservation ko lekar aur ek yachika file ki gyai thi jisme iss mamle ko lekar high cout me jaane ya koi dusra upay dhoondne ki mang ki gyai thi jise bhi court ne reject kardiya
