Maratha reservation in Maharashtra ko Supreme Court ne Reject kiya kaha no valid ground

Mharashtra main Maratha Arakshan ko lekar Supreme court main chal rahe mamle ki sunwai karte hue Supreme court ne aaj ise Reject kardiya 

The court said that people from Maratha community cannot be declared as educationally and socially backward

Supreme Court in its judgment said that there was no valid ground to breach 50% reservation while granting Maratha reservation
