Mumbai mein Food and Drug Administration (FDA) ne serious hygiene violations aur bina valid food licence business chalane ke mamle mein 5 establishments ke licence/registration certificates tatkal prabhav se suspend kar diye hain.

Malad East ke Gurukrupa Dairy Products mein refined sunflower oil, vanaspati aur branded ghee ko boilers mein mix karke nakli safed aur peela ghee banane ka pata chala. Premises mein rats aur cockroaches bhi mile. FDA ne ghee, oil, vanaspati aur machines samet lagbhag ₹15.15 lakh ka stock seize kiya.

Versova ke Gufran Seekh Corner ko bina valid food licence/registration operate karte hue paya gaya. Yahan peene ke paani ki testing, food items ka proper storage, premises aur equipment ki safai, pest control aur food handlers ke annual medical examination se jude rules ka violation mila. Establishment ko business turant band karne aur valid licence milne aur sabhi deficiencies rectify hone tak operations shuru nahi karne ka order diya gaya.

Mahalaxmi Racecourse ke andar sthit BJRS (Gallops) Restaurant ke refrigerator mein ice par non-veg items ke blood aur ketchup stains, live cockroaches, ants, kitchen mein grease, water stagnation aur food handlers ke medical examination aur vaccination records ki kami jaise violations mile.

Ltd. aur Mirari mein premises aur equipment ki safai, pest control, proper drainage, food items ke storage, potable water testing aur food handlers ke medical examination se jude hygiene aur food-safety rules ke violations milne ke baad licences suspend kar aage ki legal action initiate ki gayi hai.
