Inthezargunj police station, Warangal ke SHO MA Shukur ne press ko bataya ki Sunday ko police ne court ke issue kiye gaye Non-Bailable Warrant (NBW) ko execute karte hue Nowhera Shaik ko custody mein liya.

2021 mein Warangal police station mein ek case register hua tha, jisme teen victims ne complain kiya tha ki unhone Heera Gold ke investment scheme mein ₹33 lakh lose kiye.
Court ne pehle Nowhera Shaik ko conditional bail di thi, aur usse Warangal court ke samne appear hona tha. Lekin woh baar-baar adjournment ke baad bhi court nahi aayi. Is wajah se court ne unke khilaf NBW issue kar diya.
Sunday ko jab Shaik apne bail ke terms ke tahat police station aayi thi, tab police ne pending NBW ke basis par unhe arrest kar liya.
SHO ne bataya ki poore desh mein Nowhera Shaik ke khilaf lagbhag 33 cases register hain. Sath hi, Enforcement Directorate (ED) bhi unke khilaf money laundering ka angle probe kar rahi hai.
Arrest ke baad unke advocates ne police se sawal kiya ki conditional bail hote hue bhi kaise arrest kiya gaya? Police ne jawab diya ki woh sirf court ke non-bailable warrant ko execute kar rahe hain.
Abhi Shaik ko women police ke escort aur CCTV surveillance ke under Warangal police station mein rakha gaya hai, aur aaj Monday morning ko unhe court mein produce kiya jayega.
