Sunita ne Bandra Family Court mein divorce ki petition file ki hai, jisme unhone Govinda par cheating (adultery), cruelty, aur desertion ke ilzaam lagaye hain.

Yeh case December 2024 mein shuru hua, jab Sunita ne Hindu Marriage Act 1955 ke Section 13 (1) (i), (ia), aur (ib) ke under petition dala.
