Umesh Pal Murder Case: Atiq’s shooter Arman produced in Prayagraj court; SC/ST court grants transit remand

Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh: Arman—an accused in the Umesh Pal murder case and a shooter for mafia don Atiq Ahmed—was produced in court amidst tight security. Brought from Gaya Jail in Bihar, Arman appeared before the SC/ST court in Prayagraj. During the hearing, his face was completely covered, and a heavy police force was deployed within the court premises. The court granted transit remand and provided him with a copy of the charges. He will be produced in court again after 14 days.
