Chief Minister Yogi lashes out at Akhilesh over allegations regarding government schools: “Those who failed to fix the schools shouldn’t speak.”

The political battle between Chief Minister Yogi and Akhilesh Yadav is intensifying ahead of the UP elections. Responding to Akhilesh’s allegations, Chief Minister Yogi stated that his government has transformed the schools. Taking aim at previous administrations, he asked what the situation was like before 2017; prior to that, there were no proper buildings, or if there were buildings, there were no teachers. He noted that half the students would drop out before the academic session ended due to the lack of drinking water facilities and toilets. Chief Minister Yogi asserts that the transformation is now visible.
