2012 ke Nanded Arms Haul Case main ATS ne 5 logon ko LeT ke ishare par desh bhar ke police officials, leaders, aur Journalists logon ko jaan se maarne ki sazish ke tehat arrest kiya tha iss mamle ko 2013 main NIA ko transfer kardiya gaya tha

Mumbai ke Special NIA court ke judge D E Kothalikar ne Mohammad Muazmmil Gani, Mohammad Akram aur Mohammad Sadiq ko under section of Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA) guilty paya aur 10 saal ki qaid e ba mashaqat (Rigorous Imprisonment) sunaya 

Mohammad Irfan Gaus aur Mohammad Ilyas Akbar ko iss case se bari (Acquitted) kar diya gaya
