Trouble mounts for SP leader Azam Khan; FIR registered over 60,000 sq. ft. government land case
Trouble has once again mounted for incarcerated Samajwadi Party leader Azam Khan. The Vigilance Department has registered an FIR against five individuals, including Azam Khan, regarding the alleged sale of approximately 60,000 square feet of land belonging to the Lucknow Haj Committee to a private builder. The FIR invokes serious charges, including fraud, criminal conspiracy, and provisions of the Prevention of Corruption Act.
